Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days​ (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During this time, products are prepared, packed, and scheduled for dispatch.

If any item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you promptly via email to discuss alternative solutions or updated timelines.

After an order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days​ (Standard) , depending on the destination country and the selected logistics service.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information​ will be sent to you. Tracking details can also be accessed through your account dashboard.

Customers may check their order status by entering their order number along with the associated email address or phone number on the Order Tracking Page.

If more than 48 hours​ have passed since receiving the shipping notification and the tracking information shows no movement, please contact us at 18533093779@163.com.

All international shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)​ basis. We do not​ collect VAT, import taxes, or customs duties at the time of purchase.
